Tips for Obesity Prevention

At your Job, Apartment, Shopping Center, etc., take the stairs as an alternative to the elevator or escalator.

Eat smaller portions when having a snack or eating at restaraunt.

If you can, walk, jog, or bike to work instead of driving or taking the bus.

If you are driving, park farther away from your destination, and walk the rest of the way.

If you are into coffee, order your latte with fat free milk.

And lastly, the oldest trick in the book, get active for 30 minutes or more at least 5 times every single week.

Junk Food

Junk food is a sadly misused part of the average American's diet. Although it is good to have in moderation, many americans eat large portions of salty and sugary snacks. Foods like these are similar to drugs, they make you want to keep coming back for more.
